Niagara Symphony Orchestra

 NIAGARA SYMPHONY'S 63RD SEASON

EXCITING LINE UP OF PERFORMANCES TO BEGIN OCTOBER 2010
The Niagara Symphony announced a line-up of outstanding classical and contemporary programming – new and old favourites – that will make up an exciting 2010/2011 Season. All concerts take place at Brock University’s Sean O’Sullivan Theatre.
Following on the success of the last season, which saw sold-out performances and numerous standing ovations, the 2010/2011 Season – the Symphony’s 63rd – will include 4 MasterWorks concerts and 4 pairs of POPS! concerts beginning in October 2010 and ending in May 2011. This will also be the first season with the Symphony’s new Music Director, Bradley Thachuk, following a year-long search that saw four talented candidates vying for the podium. For ticket informatio contact the Brock University box office at 905-688-5550 X 3257 and for information on all Symphony events, call 905 687 4993 or click on Niagara Symphony.

The Snips

2010 is looking like it’s going to be a busy year in The Snips camp. Dates are rolling in and starting to fill up our calendar. To find out where and when, feel free to check out our SHOWS page for exact info.

We made a “rockumentry” of our Halloween show in our home town Welland, ON. You can watch it, as well as some new videos, on our MEDIA page, and get the details on our NEWS page.

Last year, we spent most of our time gallivanting around like gypsies and the rest of our time recording what will soon become our new album. In the meantime, we put together a little E.P. “Blackouts”,  in which we are awaiting its release. To get the scoop on the E.P. slide by our NEWS page for the juicy details.
